Privacy policy

These apps are a private space, hosted and operated by Monica Carvajal (Valencia, Spain), for strictly personal use. I am the only person who uses them. This policy explains what data is processed when you sign in and for what purpose. Contact: hello@monicarvajal.com.

What data is processed
Signing in with Google (OAuth) authenticates access and lets the automations connect to my own Google account. The data involved is:
- Account identity (name and email address) and the access token needed to keep the session signed in.
- Gmail - workflows may read and send email in my own account, for example to process incoming messages or send myself notifications.
- Google Drive and Sheets - workflows may read and write my own files and spreadsheets, for example to store or update data an automation produces.
This access applies only to my own Google account, the account that signs in. No other person's data is accessed.
How it is used
The data is used only to authenticate the owner and to operate the owner's personal automations in n8n. It is not sold, not shared with third parties for commercial purposes, and not used for advertising or profile analytics. Google user data is not used to train or develop any AI or machine learning models.
Retention and security
The session and access tokens are kept while the connection is active and are deleted when you sign out or revoke access. Gmail and Drive/Sheets content is processed only as needed to run a workflow; any data an automation stores is kept in my own Google account or on self-owned infrastructure under the apps.monicarvajal.com domain, not with any third party.
Your rights and how to revoke access
